Introduction** Welcome to Elegant Sound DJs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or engaging our DJ services for your event. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. **Service Booking and Payments** To secure a booking with Elegant Sound DJs, a deposit is required upon confirmation, with the remaining balance due prior to the event date. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars and can be processed via the payment methods outlined on our website. Elegantly Sound DJs reserves the right to cancel your booking if payments are not received as per the schedule provided in your booking contract. **Cancellation and Refund Policy** Cancellations made by clients more than 30 days before the scheduled event will be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may not qualify for any refund, except at the discretion of management based on extenuating circumstances. Should Elegant Sound DJs need to cancel for any unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be provided to the client. **Conduct and Responsibilities During Events** Clients are responsible for ensuring that venue regulations are provided and discussed with us prior to the date of the event. Elegant Sound DJs is committed to maintaining professionalism throughout the performance. We reserve the right to discontinue services without refund if there is any abuse or threatening behavior displayed by guests towards our staff. **Limitation of Liability** Elegant Sound DJs shall not be liable for damages exceeding the total amount paid by the client under this agreement. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with your use of our services or breach of any term herein. These terms may be updated periodically at our discretion and continued use of our website or services following any changes will signify your acceptance of such changes.
